Adults Available for Adoption
To begin the adoption process, please click on our on line adoption form, fill out form completely and submit to us. Once we receive your form we will process and contact you for a visit and will email directions. Adoption fees range from $100.00 to $150.00, (exotics may be a little more). Payment is by check or cash only.
All of our cats are spayed/neutered, FeLV/FIV tested, have been given distemper shots, have been wormed, are flea free (we use Advantage), ears are examined and treated if necessary and if older than 3 months are given rabies shot.
Disclaimer: We sometimes enter the wrong name or sex for a cat. With so many kitties, even the volunteers get confused. But the pictures don't lie. If you see a kitty you like, please contact us ASAP.

looking for a new home. I was abandoned and taken in by the shelter.
The volunteers have been so nice to me. They decided to call me
Emerald because they thought my eyes looked like jewels in the sun.
I almost forgot how it felt to be held and petted. I sure remember
now. I'm very sweet and friendly and would love to find a new family.

I'm Ester and I'm looking for
my forever home. Please help the third time to be a charm. I
got adopted but was returned due to my former guardians having
allergies. I love other cats, 'specially boys and I'm ready to
take a gamble that I can find a WINNER for my next home. I'm a sweet, quiet kitty that likes a sunny window
to lounge in.

mom of the Evangeline kitties and I'm ready to find a home of my own

I'm Fez and I'm a big boy
with a big personality. I came here with my brother Linus because
our mom got sick and went into the hospital. She was the light of
our lives and we were very sad, but we knew the shelter would take
care of us. We love people and love attention. We'd love to have a
few visitors.

That's right! I'm a
beautiful, long-haired and friendly calico. I'm friendly and sweet
and have just arrived at the shelter. I was a stray that was taken
in by a friendly family. I decided to sample a ham sandwich they
had, so they started to call me Ham. Well, my friend at the shelter
thought I was too pretty for a name like that, and the rest is
history.

I was a mom and obviously, my
kittens were the Harmony kittens.
Ok, so I'm on the shy side and hid for the longest time but now,
I'm starting to show myself when the shelter is quiet. You won't see
me when the shelter is full of adopters so if you're interested in me,
please arrange to come at a quiet time. Yes, I'll let you pet me but like Allspice, I don't want you to
mess up my fur-do. If you would like to foster me first, that's ok and maybe I'll get

 Harrington #7 - female - 1 year I've been here since June, 2009 |
I was found as a homeless
kitten by a kind man and came here with a bunch of other kittens
including Harrington #6.
As far as a flower goes, I’m mostly opened and I like to follow you
around so I can be where the action is. Yes, I’ll let you pet me but I
only like to be held for a short time. Do I love other cats? Uh huh. Oh by the way, if you adopt me
(please oh please oh please) it would be a wonderful thing to have
lots of kitty toys especially if they have some magic “cat-nip” in
